Is NEST licensed?

Nest is a registered and licensed Ugandan real estate company. The Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) oversees it. Our primary payment partner, Pesapal, is regulated by the Bank of Uganda, ensuring the security of your deposits.

What exactly is the Save & Build program?

NEST created the Save & Build program to assist you in purchasing land or building your dream home with flexible instalment payments.

How do I apply for the program?

What is the bare minimum for starting to save?

Our minimum package is UShs. 150,000 for a period of five (5) years, and deposits can be made with a Visa card or through our payment partners via mobile money.

What should I do if I want to cancel my automated deposits?

Yes, you can contact us via email at info@nestug.com, we cancel within 7 days of receiving communication.

Can I access NEST credit to purchase land?

Yes, if you have been a member for at least 12 months, you are eligible for a top-up in form of credit. The total amount is payable in instalments for a maximum of a year at no interest

As a Save & Build member, would I be able to get a personal loan?

Yes. A NEST saver can get a personal loan from any of our financial partners by using their savings as a security deposit. Contact any of our advisors for further assistance.
